Kabul (BNA) Before his return to Kabul, the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani visited Masjid Al-Nabavi and prayed for the restoration of peace, security and welfare of the country, a statement said from the Presidential Palace the other day.
The president and his led delegation prayed for the end of war and restoration of peace in the country, with the Imam of Masjid Al-Nabavi offering him a holy Quran as gift there, said the presidential palace in the statement.
