Limited suffrage:  First elections to be held since 1984. The current Parliament was elected by a restricted electoral college of 135 elders in 2012. Now the lower house of the parliament (275 MPs) will be elected by a college of some 14,000 delegates. In addition there will be elections to the lower house.  The new parliament will elect the President on 30 November.  Double round: The first round is due on 23 October and the second on 10 November, election dates have been postponed  and were initially preview in August.
