Libya’s High National Election Commission (HNEC) launched the logo for the referendum campaign on the country’s draft permanent constitution.

The logo will be used as part of he awareness campaign by HNEC.

The logo, HNEC explained, consists of a combination of a bridge, symbolizing the transition to permanent stability, and a book that symbolizes the constitution.

It will be recalled that Libya’s Tobruk-based and internationally-recognized parliament, the House of Representatives, handed over the country’s constitution Referendum Law to HNEC on 29 November.
