Le Ministère de l’Administration Territoriale et de la Décentralisation s’active ; autrement dit joue un rôle important, aussi bien dans la préparation que dans l’organisation matérielle des élections.

Ses prérogatives et ses responsabilités sont définies par la loi n° 06-044 du 4 septembre 2006  modifiée portant loi électorale. Celle-ci définit les conditions générales d’éligibilité et de présentation des candidats et les conditions propres à chaque type de consultation électorale.

Ils sont inéligibles et briguent malgré tout les suffrages! Il s'agit, en l'occurrence, de trois notables qui ont décidé de se présenter aux prochaines élections communales au nom du Parti de l’Istiqlal. Assabah, dans son édition de ce jeudi 21 mai, dévoile les noms de ce trio composé donc de Mohamed Talmoust, Abdellah Al Wariti et Mohamed Hssaïni. Mohamed Talmoust est connu des électeurs de Kénitra.

Netanyahu in talks with Erdan to bring him into government

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke to MK Gilad Erdan over the last few days in an effort to bring him into the government as soon as possible, a Likud spokesperson said on Wednesday.

 

He said that they still have not reached an agreement. Erdan has asked for the the Foreign Ministry but instead has been offered only a bolstered Public Security Ministry and the Strategic Affairs Ministry.

 

Somalia lawmakers debated again a motion against Jubaland MPs

Somalia’s members of parliament have on Tuesday debated a motion against newly established interim Juba administrative Jubaland lawmakers during parliament session for the second day in Mogadishu.

The debating of the motion caused to be divided into three parts by Somalia lawmakers in the course of the session. Numbers of MPs agreed to debate the motion; others refused its discussion while rest lawmakers called for stabilizing situation and to reach solution.

Darfuri students in Sudan 'in dangerous situation'

The Darfur Students Association (DSA) reported today that 28 Darfuri students are currently being held in detention centres of the National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) in Khartoum.

At a press conference at the headquarters of the National Umma Party in Omdurman this (Tuesday) morning, Hasabelnabi Mahmoud, Secretary-General of the DSA branch of the Ahliya University in Omdurman, described the situation of Darfuri students at Sudanese universities these days as “dangerous”.

Sudan’s opposition New Forces Movement (HAG) has criticized the initiative launched by the Liberal Democratic Unionist Party (LDUP) to unify opposition forces describing the move as an attempt to “fragment the opposition”.

Several opposition parties and civil society organizations singed on Saturday the “tomorrow’s Sudan” initiative and agreed on a regulatory mechanism to lead their work to end the totalitarian regime.

Emrhod Consulting a dévoilé son baromètre politique du mois de mai 2015 effectué pour le compte du Temps, d’Assabah, de Mosaïque Fm et d’Al Watania. Cette enquête sur le bilan des 100 premiers jours du chef du gouvernement Habib Essid, réalisée entre les 12 et 15 mai, a visé un échantillon représentatif de la société tunisienne en âge de voter. 1060 personnes, dans les 24 gouvernorats du pays incluant les zones urbaines et rurales, ont été interrogées.

Bosnia's Ruling Parties Paper Over Coalition Cracks

Bakir Izetbegovic of the Party of Democratic Action, SDA, and Zeljko Komsic of the Democratic Front, DF, on Tuesday said the crisis in the government of Bosnia's mainly Bosniak and Croat Federation entity had been resolved.

The two politicians said that problems over opposing views among coalition partners on the replacement of managers in key public companies had been overcome.

Their separate statements indicated different positions on the issue, however.
