Bishkek, March 20 / Kabar /. Today Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev met with leaders of parliament factions, the presidential press service reports.

During the meeting, which was also attended by Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Assylbek Jenbekov, Chief of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Narymbaev, the President discussed with leaders of factions the forming a new coalition of the parliamentary majority.

La Commission électorale nationale indépendante (CENI) est maintenue telle quelle a révélé, Ould Bedine, dans une déclaration, faite la veille du déclanchement des opérations du Ravel (recensement à vocation électorale) complémentaire.

Cette déclaration a été faite en marge d’une session de formation des Responsables des antennes régionales et locales de la CENI.

La CENI avait fortement critiquée lors de l’organisation des dernières élections législatives et municipales par une écrasante majorité d’acteurs politiques.

"A new coalition agreement should provide for the right of veto for PM on undesirable fir him candidacy for the post of member of the Government," the leader of Ar-Namys faction Felix Kulov informed 24.kg news agency.

According to him, the previous agreement didn't involve this point. "But it is not my fault. Now, I think, we must take this into account. Now it is very important to raise the statehood and develop parliamentarianism," Felix Kulov said and added that Ar-Namys doesn't try to get into a coalition at any cost.

Alger (© 2014 AFP) - L'ancien président algérien Liamine Zeroual s'est adressé aux Algériens, à moins d'un mois de la présidentielle du 17 avril lors de laquelle son successeur brigue un quatrième mandat, appelant à l'alternance au pouvoir, dans une lettre publiée jeudi dans la presse.

M. Zeroual, 72 ans, qui a démissionné et s'est retiré de la politique mais reste très populaire en Algérie, dit s’exprimer par "obligation morale".

The consultation on the formation of the parliamentary majority coalition will start on March 24. The Parliament informed 24.kg news agency.

Today the President Almazbek Atambayev gave the mandate for its formation to SDPK faction. The leader Chynybai Tursunbekov noted that he is ready to hold negotiations with all factions, but it is difficult to say now about the future composition of the coalition. "We will start consultations. The Head of the State gave us time till April 11. I hope, that we will cope with this task earlier," he noted.

The former rebel Justice and Equality Movement led by Bakheit Abdallah Abdel-Karim (Dabajo) (JEM-Dabajo) referred its difference with the head of Darfur peace implementation Office, Amin Hassan Omer, to the president Omer Hassan Al-Bashir.

Last Tuesday the group said that state minister Omer refused to give them the chairmanship of Darfur Reconstruction and Development Fund (DRDF) who told them that the holder of this position would be named by the donor countries.

The Ministerial delegation was led by the Minister of Interior & Federalism and included the Minister of National Security, Minister of Information and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Somali Government.

Religious Affairs Minister and United Development Party (PPP) chairman Suryadharma Ali has failed to attend the Banten office of the General Elections Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) to answer questions relating to allegations of violating campaign rules.

Suryadharma is suspected of having used state facilities for his party’s interests and campaigning in a mosque when attending an event held by the Islamic Dakwah Indonesia Institution (LDII) in Banten on Tuesday.

Jakarta Governor Joko "Jokowi" Widodo, the Indonesia Democratic Party of Struggle's (PDI-P) presidential candidate, visited the central board of Muhammadiyah on Thursday, the country’s second largest Muslim organization, and met with its chairman Din Syamsuddin.

This was Jokowi’s second visit to the Muhammadiyah central board office in Jakarta during his governorship.

Upon arrival, Jokowi, Din and the rest of the entourage performed a mass Duhur prayer in the Muhammadiyah mosque with Jokowi as the imam (leader of the mass prayer).

The University’s of Indonesia’s (UI) Institute for Economic and Social Research (LPEM-UI) has estimated that a legislative candidate for the House of Representatives must spend an average of Rp 1.18b (US$104,045) to have any chance of securing victory in the upcoming election.

“This figure has increased from an average of Rp 250 million in the 2009 legislative election,” LPEM-UI researcher Teguh Dartanto said as quoted by Antara news agency on Wednesday.

He estimated the total income of a House member for five years reached to between Rp 5.3 and Rp 5.4 billion.

Pour entamer l'interview, Kamel Morjane a déclaré que son appartenance au gouvernent Ben Ali en 2005, n'avait aucune relation avec le faite qu'il soit le gendre de Ben Ali.

Kamel Morjane a aussi déclaré qu'il n'était pas aussi proche de Ben Ali que ce que la rumeur laisse comprendre. Il pouvait même passer plus de six semaines de suite sans entrer en contact avec lui.

Jakarta. A legal challenge by lawyer and Crescent Star Party (PBB) head Yusril Ihza Mahendra that threatened to turn Indonesia’s presidential election on its head was rejected on Thursday by the country’s Constitutional Court.

“With respect to the content of the articles and sections contained in the law that has been examined, there can be no further appeal.” Harjono, a justice at the Constitutional Court, said while reading out the verdict.
