Voter and candidate registration for four new municipal councils in the Tripoli area will begin next week, according to the chairman of the Central Committee for Municipal Council Elections (CCMCE), Otman Gajiji.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has decided to extend the detention of former Democratic Party (PD) chairman and graft suspect Anas Urbaningrum until election day on April 9.
