The statement also called on the international community to play a serious role to start the dialogue between Erbil and Baghdad, stressing that "the survival of the situation in its current form will be a factor to destroy the lives of the people of Kurdistan and disputed areas."
He stressed "not to commit the Kurdistan region any violation of the Constitution, but on the contrary has been announced in all its statements and official letters to abide by the Iraqi constitution."
The statement pointed out that "a delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government will go to Baghdad for the negotiations and is a legal and accurate financial agenda and for this has prepared the Parliament of the Kurdistan region, official representatives specialized for it to cooperate with the government in this area.
