Gilgit-Baltistan (G-B) Chief Minister Mehdi Shah recently met the party’s co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House in Karachi to discuss the future of his party in G-B.

“We are done with the strategy of turning the tables on our opponents,” claimed a senior leader of PPP, who spearheads the coalition government in G-B.

The President of the South West state of Somalia Mohamed Hajo Abdi Nur, reported to Radio Shabelle in Mogadishu that he recently appointed his cabinet of ministers for his administration.

Abdi Nur , elected as the President of the 3 region state, mentioned that for the past few days he has been concentrating on the new ministerial cabinet.

TANA River Senator Abdi Bule has demanded an apology from Interior Secretary Joseph ole Lenku and Inspector General of Police David Kimaiyo.

He said he was embarrassed by police during a security operation in Eastleigh. Bule said he was driving to Eastleigh on Monday afternoon with his children and a bodyguard when they were stopped by police.

He said he produced his national ID and a card showing he is a senator but the police told him both documents are fake.

Ils ont tenté d’observer une marche à partir de la faculté des Sciences vers le siège de la wilaya et la Cour de Boumerdès, mais la procession  a été stoppée, vers 10h, non loin de la gare ferroviaire par les policiers mobilisés sur les lieux.
