Speaking at last Tuesday’s press conference on Libya’s current political impasse, Zeidan, admitted that the GNC is coerced by the threat of force into passing, or not passing, certain laws.

The Council of Europe's commissioner for human rights, Nils Muiznieks, said corruption in the Albanian judiciary "seriously impedes the proper functioning of the judiciary and undermines public trust in justice and the rule of law in Albania.

Stanko Primorac, a lawmaker from the Croatian Party of Rights, HSP, on January 16 asked parliamentarians to vote to dismiss Zivko Budimir, President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Primorac submitted the request for the House of Representatives to discuss the dismissal at their next session dedicated to choosing a speaker after Fehim Skaljic recently resigned.
