Governor of Benadir & Mayor of Mogadishu Hassan Mohamed Hussein Muungaab, announced that the spokesman of the Benadir Regional Administration will be deprived of his title.
The handover ceremony of the position was held today (Monday) and Abdibaasid Mohamed Abdirahman was stated as the new spokesman for the Benadir Regional Administration.
The previous spokesman Mohamed Yuusuf Osman, said at the handover ceremony that he welcomed the decision and peacefully transitioned the title.
Mr Abdibaasid Mohamed Abdirahman thanked Mohamed for the previous duties and responsibilities he carried out.
The change of the spokesman of the Benadir Regional Administration comes after just recently the deputy mayors were replaced of their duties.
