Al-Hussein encourages establishment of Tunisian independent national Human rights institution

United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al-Hussein encouraged the creation of an independent national human rights institution and operationalisation of an independent oversight mechanism on torture prevention in Tunisia.
